Disappointing level of service

To whom it may concern. <br> <br> I am absolutely disappointed with the level of service I received in the past 2 days. I placed an order on call ***, however when my order arrived again second day in a row the chips were fried in old oil that stinks so much I couldn't even open the packet. Due to yesterdays old chips a colleague whom ate it got ill and had to be sent home. <br> <br> Today same issue and to top it all off my tomato on my burger was rotten and soggy, which made me turn away my whole meal as I will not eat food that is not fresh. I am horrified that such a well known franchise could even serve us off food. Please note this is not the first time we have had a bad experience. I honestly cant believe that again we wasted our money and time on your franchise. <br> <br> My Director often buys our staff food when working overtime ,we are not a small company consisting of over 150 employees where we often place big orders in the evenings for our engineers.<br> <br> Please get back to me as to how we can resolve this problem. Because at this moment it seems we will rather take our business else where & receive better quality of food and service.
