Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Cavendish Square

I recently visited McDonald's at Cavendish Square, and I have to say, it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The service was incredibly slow, despite there not being a long queue. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, barely acknowledging customers.

When I finally got my order, the food was far from McDonald's usual standard. The fries were cold and stale, the burger was slapped together carelessly with barely any sauce, and the bun was dry. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. To make matters worse, the soda was flat, and the ice machine wasn’t working.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was also disappointing. Tables weren’t being cleaned properly, and there was trash left on several of them. The floor was sticky, making the whole experience feel unhygienic.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s unless you’re absolutely desperate. With so many other food options in Cavendish, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a better meal and service.
