Disappointing experience at Mc Donald promenade

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Mc Donald in Promenade.

The kitchen and the store manager was very unprofessional after I have ordered a salad and specifically asked them if they can add extra dressing as the salad gets very dry.
