Disappointing everything

<p>Good day</p> <p>Myself and my husband was at McDonalds in Capricorn centre yesterday I wasn't impressed with the service i received firstly I bought a family feast I asked the lady if It would be possible to change one coldrink to a milkshake she said yes but it would be r3 extra but when it was time to pay it was 9 extra i asked her about it and another lady just said it is extra mam im worried because what if i just had a r153 on me another thing my husband was saying when we were on our way home they just looked like they throw our food together without having customer service without a smile my husband should know customer service as he works in retail as well then when I eventually got home chips was very dry burger looked very unappletising and i dud say no gerkins as i dont eat them but what a surprise there was gerkins my milkshake tasted like a chocolate strawberry milkshake whar was funny abput the night was that before that we were by romans pizza and i told my husband came we go to mcdonalds rather anyways just had a very very bad experience with you guys and i doubt ill be coming back. I also sent the above email to the customer care didnt even get a reply as well as called the branch this morning they didnt know about the email</p> <p>Order number 27</p>
