Disappointing

Please assist as I have been trying to contact you guys regarding an order placed via the Mcd App, of which it was never delivered nor I haven't been refunded, now what's more annoying is there is no direct line I can call, or my calls are being dropped or rejected on the +***2 number, your apps and chat bot service is just as useless.
