Disappointing delivery service

I placed an order through the app. Once the order was placed i called the call centre as the card optipn was not available on the app. They mentioned to me that they had changed it. On receipt of my order the delivery guy had no machime and told me he'll fetch one. This was not the case the guy made me go to the atm to draw money and still adds in a ****y comment that i should've just gone to the store. I called the call centre to lodge a complaint. Thereafter i called the ottery McDonald's store in cape Town and the assistant manager put the phone down in my face. I tgen called the call centre again and they said my complaint was never logged i waited until they logged the complaint and gave me a case number. If they had told me initially they did not have a card machine i wouldn't have ordered.
