Disappointing customer service after not receiving my full order

I filed two separate complaints after not receiving my full order through the drive thru, I have not been called nor assisted in the matter. The problem does not stem from how much the missing items caused me in my order, but rather that one of my children were not able to eat with the rest because of the missing burger. I spent my hard-earned money for that burger to spoil my kids instead i had to pick and choose which child will eat late because of the carelessness of the workers. I am highly disappointed with the service i received from the Mcdonalds wonderpark branch
