Disappointing chillie cheese fries

I bought your “famous” chillie cheese fries, at Dobsonville Mall, excited to finally find them in stock. I open up the box when I get home eager to eat and to say O was disappointed would be an understatement. I was faced with a large box of fries and only a few fries had sauce on them and a few slices of Jalapeño. The fries were dry as hell, only the few fries on top had sauce on them and the rest were bone dry. I may as well have just taken my money and flushed it down the toilet.
