disappointing and energy drenching

<p>I went to protea Glen mall in soweto south africa today in the hopes of buying ice cream for my daughter. She loves her mc flurry. Anyway, I got to the driver through and I was told I will get it from the car wash. Such behaviour shouldn't be promoted. In fact, an employee should feel they should not have to ruin a person's morning like that, especially if working in a respectable store. </p>
