Disappointing!!!!

The new McDonalds that opened at Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain might as well close!!!

Tried ordering online and they do not deliver here... When every other restaurant in the mall delivers here...

Then I tried calling and it rings, someone answers and the call connects but no one speaks... Called 3 times today.

Then lastly, my husband and I decide to take a walk to the restaurant and we get there... We, along with many other ****ed off customers are turned away at the entrance... The security guard is like "drive-through only again today guys" , yet inside are people eating. My husband asked why and he kept repeating "drive-through only."

Firstly, this is unprofessional for a new restaurant, 2ndly, if you answered tour damn phone this would have saved is the unnecessary walk!, 3rdly, you guys have lost so many potential customers today... Everyone was irate and your dumb appointed security guard could not even give a valid explanation as to why we are not allowed to walk in for the 2nd time!

We didn't come with a car and could not use the drive-through...

Get your shxt together! Y'all UK originated and this would never have happened there! Pfft
