Disappointed....again

Stale chips twice in one week. Drive thru ridiculously slow. Sent this to facebook page: Hi, Mcdonalds brackenhurst drive thru has been slack lately. VERY slow service and I have had 2 meals this week with stale fries.

Our restaurants have a return policy enabling customers to return unsatisfactory order items that are uneaten or partially eaten. A receipt of purchase is required for this.

Firstly, it is a huge inconvenience to drive all the way back to the branch, secondly, the staff member asks for and keeps the receipt at the collection window. This store needs serious improvement.
