Disappointed... You have lost a loyal customer

So we ordered again today from Mcdonalds Pinetown some breakfast with faith that our last order that was messed up was a fluke and it wouldnt happen again. Nevertheless the hungry office placed an order online at 9:30am and noted to be delivered at 10:30am. Tracker at 10:30am reflected "delivered" yet at 11: 20 still nothing had arrived. i called the Branch and spoke to Charles (who is apparently is the Manager there) who tells me we only saw your order at 10:40am (remember tracker is showing delivered)- buffling indeed. Charles then says to expect delivery anytime. 11:45am was the rider's arrival time with an incomplete order AGAIN and HALF packets of Fries. We called Charles to inform him what we had received and still the response was unpleasant. Being furmished and forced to have breakfast at 12noon it was even worse when one of the my colleagues then found eggshells in her Egg Mc****in. Due to the unresponsiveness of Charles i called the Customer Service Center and spoke to Terrence who put me on hold as he called the Branch direct. He assured me after holding over a lengthy period ( -likely about 15minutes - felt longer though-) that he had explained everything to Charles He insisted we wait for the rider to return and which he did after another hour. Now this is supposed to be breakfast at lunchtime. We were meant to give him back the initial order we were unhappy with when he came obviously getting the replacements and still he came incomplete with only a meal and coffees. Now we were forced to consume what we had because we werent prepared to wait another hour plus for him to return with our incomplete fries if we were going to return then to him now. Its only later that l have decided to post here as this cannot go unheard. Such unsavoury service is **** for an lnternational brand l am so very disappointed ( not for lack of deregatory words to express myself but out of decency)
