Disappointed with Olivia customer service

I came to McDonald's Van der walt queue up just like everyone, since there was a machine that was not working. As soon as the machine starting working I was the next customer to go for self service machine, when a cashier called me forth to say you can come, as I am trying to explain to the cashier that I will be using card, we got interrupted by a lady called Olivia (branch manager I think) she was wearing a light turquoise shirt, she points out some guy and say come here, (right were I was standing) then point me with a finger and instructs me to the self service machine 🥲🥲🥲 I never felt so humiliated ever in my life, she couldn't wait for us to finish the conversation we had with the cashier, she ruined my entire day, I almost cried, I couldn't even buy I left immediately after the scene. That was poor customer service, I never expected that kind of treatment, I left and went straight to Burger King
