disappointed in order

This is second time I have been to the town square mc dee and been through the drive through all quick n fast only to get home n the whole order is wrong even wrong flavour cold drink. It's costly to be running up n down for wrong orders when you clearly state your order by the front speaker n repeat yourself 3 times n even ask for extra hot sauce which I was charged for but when I get home theirs no sauce n one patty missing on the burger really not happy with they service
