Disappointed in McDonald's promenade

Had the worse experience at McDonald's promenade, bought food last night and they gave me a burger with no patty...had to drive back from my house which is so far just to get back to the McDonald's and tell them about it,you know what they did,took the same bun I brought to them and just added a patty on it...always experiencing some **** with them...the manager or whoever she is,has such an attitude always..it's nonsense
