Disappointed in McDonald's in Bara

I ordered big Mac x2 (extra large in everything) from McDonald's Bara square Soweto (next to baragwanath hospital) but what I received when they delivered weren't extra large at all, it was just a plain burger with lettuce cheese and buns. I thought it was a mistake with mine but when I checked my spouse's burger it was the same nonsense. And they placed a torn and leaking ketchup inside the bag. It is very disappointing to order your favorite meal and someone prepares it without paying attention as if it is not their job to do so. I am so frustrated and I will never order from them again. Such errors when dealing with food can not be tolerated.

I believe they need training in customer service and in handling food.
