Disappointed in McDonalds Craighall Delivery

Disgusted with McDonalds Craighall. Placed an order for delivery at 18:00. By 19:25 the order still has not arrived. When I phone to follow up it’s suggested that I fetch it myself. When I ask for a refund I get told it will take too long (7 days)

So NOT “loving it”
