DISAPPOINTED IN MCDONALDS
<p>A while ago I went to McDonald's Krugersdorp and ordered food. To my disgust I found a deep fried ****roach at the bottom of my fries. I have steered clear of that McDonald's ever since and will never return there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then a week ago I visited the McDonalds in Roodepoort and when I got home, there was an item missing from my order. It was already late and I was not going to drive all the way back there. So, I logged a complaint with McDonald's. Two days after my complaint, I had a couple of missed calls on my phone, that I was unable to take as they phoned when I was not available to take calls. They did not even leave a single voicemail. The next day I received a sms stating that the issue had been resolved. Resolved? How? Nobody spoke to me. Is this the way that a query gets resolved? </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not interested anymore in them contacting me again. I just want to make other customers aware of the kind of service or lack thereof that they can expect from McDonalds. I will NEVER support them again. Luckily there are plenty of other restaurants and fast food establishments that I can support who will give better service and quality food.</p> <p> </p> <p>McDonald's, you suck.</p>
