Disappointed

We bought 2 big Mac and the was hair on the burger when I took back the meal the lady she told me that she can't c the hair so she can't give me another one.then she had to ask a colleague to check and indeed the was hair in the food.she just exchange without apologising by the lady ntombifuthi.im so so disappointed with the treatment.
