Disappointed customer in Mc Donalds liberty promenade mall

I had a bad experience last night the 19th December.. my kids wanted to try the famous grimace shake that was served ok then me an hub by decided to take some food ..I took a snack wrap it was so horrible the piece of chicken on there was so dry with just lettuce no sauce the chicken even had a burn taste to it then we ordered chillies cheese tenders..tender definitely not so dry we were even looking for the cheese sauce an they insisted it must be like that as if we never had it before somewhere else..I was very disappointed an wont buy again there..mc Donald outside of the promenade honestly gave us **** ...
