Disappointed Customer

On Saturday i ordered lunch for me and my colleague, i received confirmation of my order and tracking number and estimated time of delivery which was at 11:50 - 12:05 PM, I then advised my colleague to wait outside and wait for the delivery. Unfortunately no came, we then decided to call ***to find out what was going on the manager of kuilsriver gave the run around for more than 30 mins only to ask what payment method we choose to pay. I must say this was the first time i've ordered online at mcdonalds as i normally buy takeaways and never had any issues but now i'm extremelly disappointed as i thought the online option would be easier and safe for during this pandemic. :-(
