Disappointed customer

So my order number was 139 and I was in McDonald's observatory cape town. When I analyzed my slip it had that R5.00 donation which I didn't consent to and was not asked and when I went to the lady to question it with the hope of receiving a refund she was on a denial mode and insensitive. I didn't enjoy my meal there and I am not seeing myself going there anymore they do not understand concept of accountability. Their order machine self service are the worst to use as well the barcodes can't scan properly I now prefer to use the one by N1 city mall. Ensure you hire people who understand that without customers there wouldn't be any McDonald's and we deserve better service
