Disappointed customer

I am utterly disgraced with the service I received today at McDonald's Queensburg from the Trainee manager Siphamandla. I came in to complain about the amount of cheese sauce that was in my chillie cheese fries. He showed little to no sympathy paraded around with my fries open and shouting having a conversation with his colleagues. No precautions of keep my food away from spit splatters and he told me to my face that I am not getting anymore cheese sauce, although I had kindly expressed that this was not my first time buying from the store and I know the specific or rather the usual amount I get of cheese sauce. I asked for a refund he said I should leave my name and number and I will get that money 4-5 days from now. All his other colleagues were shocked at the service I received however you could tell they can't do anything about it as they are afraid of him and he is their manager. There are so many competitors around Malvern Queensburgh however I chose McDonalds only to receive this treatment. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I AM GETTING MY REFUND AT THIS POINT.
