Disappointed customer

I was at Silver crossing center to order some ice cream and I was told there were no ice cream available. I wanted to get 4 of them, but then had to go to KFC instead. I was very disappointed and this is the first time this happens to me. Not sure who the manager of the branch is, but this is unacceptable. I complaint via email on 06/05/2019 and they only send me a ref: INC-954DF-D2E431. I have send another email and until Today no response pathetic. They definitely lost me as a customer and I will make sure to tell everybody I know.
