Disappointed Beyond Measure!!!!

I am Veeeery Disappointed with the service that we received from McDonald's PretoriaGateway!!!!!! How can such a big entity refuse to give us ketchup claiming that it was finished and when other customers come and cause a scene they are given ketchup!!!! This is a Total Joke!! We spend our very own money but the service was just way to disappointing and the staff was so rude to say the least!!!
