Disappointed beyond compare

I am honestly disappointed again Three times in one year that I have received terrible service...The whole restaurant is full of people waiting only to pick up orders.The service is pathetic...I was not able to get my slip at the kiosk as there is an error with the printer After having to run after people to assist us we are still waiting 45 minutes later.If I was able to reverse and cancel my order I would have...I am honestly disappointed.I am not loving this at all
