Disappointed at just needed help to find my son's phone

Bad service my son's phone was ****** and since I have family link it showed me it was in MacDonalds Stoneridge in Greestone when got there spoke to the Manager Thami unfortunately it was like he was hiding something even when one of the workers there suggested to check the cameras for the phone he just dismissed the idea
