Disappointed and ****ed

This is not about a specific mcdonald's, it's actually about their stupid app that is always disappointing us when you need it most. I since tried to redeem two fold overs at greenstone last year around month end November beginning December. I couldn't get them because of the app but now it's January I still haven't got my 10000 points back. Honestly since mcdonald's is failing to provide us with a decent service on this app, I think they must just cancel it once and for all. I for one am sick of it.
