Disappointed and dissatisfied

Today was my third time going to the McDonald's at Rynfield terrace. With every single visit they are slow and disassociated, paying very little attention to the customer that's trying to order. Then they make you wait for such a long time to get your order and ask you to proceed to the park bay so they can take even longer. Two of the three times that I went there they got my order incorrect. Their customer service is just horrible!
