Disappointed

This morning I was at your restaurant based in mitchells plain liberty Promenade mall to purchase a chicken fold over, I don't wanna lie I am very impressed with new set up. Anyways I was instructed to make my order from your debit card facility, there was no problem - only to find out that your drive through restaurant didn't have wrapping pastry and I was told to wait for it to be fetched from another of your restaurants. I asked for a swop but that was in vain and a refund couldn't be done since the transaction was done by card payment. I was disappointed because eventually I was given a quarter pounder and a R5 refund. I'm totally disappointed by how this was handled and the time that was wasted.
