Disappointed

Generally go to the McDonald’s on Montague Drive and the service is mostly good. However, 24 October 2024, I was disappointed with the service and the slow response when I emailed.

We ordered a breakfast wrap, sausage & egg Mc****in, and large fries. Everything was good except the Mc****in. It was not the one we ordered. We received one with sausage and what looked like a large has brown. I tired calling on the same day but got no response. Then I emailed. I received a case number. I have been waiting for a response since 24 October.
