Disappointed

I though I would post this here to inform Macdonalds of there service, one a few occasions not just once we have had bad service from the macdonalds in paarl. they always seem to get our order wrong as it does not seem they can understand no garnish on burgers, on 3 seperate occasions they left food out of our bags that we needed to park go in to the store and ask for our food, on one of these occasions they forgot a hole meal of ours and they got so aggresive at the drive through saying everything it there when we clearly showed them it was not, also we have called the owner twice to inform him of this and he promises to get back to us yet we have heard nothing. My fiance also stood in the drive threw for 20 minutesr and when he finally went inside to find out what was happening he was informed the person on the mic just put hers down at end of shift and never informed anyone to take over. Also lastly they were running a competition that we won two theme park tickets and I called the number as well as head office to claim my prize and still today no one has gotten back to me to claim the prize I won. I am really sad that this is the service we received
