Disappointed

We have always had extremely slow service at the McDonalds in Shallcross, KZN, South Africa, but our last two visits have been horrible. On our prior visit, for my oldest daughter’s birthday, after waiting in line, we were informed that the only cool drink that was in stock was Stoney Zero and there was no beef whatsoever. We did not order because we could not get what we want. Today we decided to try again, as it is the closest McDonald’s to our location, and we wanted to do something special to celebrate for our youngest daughter. She wanted a milkshake and there were no milkshakes, so she opted for Cream Soda - and again, no cream soda. Then I ordered, and there was no Coke Zero. I have sugar problems, so the only option for me was Stoney Zero, which I don't like, so I decided to give my drink to someone else in our party and went without. Then we waited 15 minutes for our order. With great disappointment, I have given up hope that the McDonalds in Shallcross will be able to meet up to the normal standards of McDonalds.
