Disappointed

I wanted to redeem something from the app. It showed 2 Belgian Choc pies for R32. Upon arrival at McDonald's Pelican Park. My husband asked if he could redeem this offer and was told yes. They entered the code and it wasn't working. They called their manager to try and resolve this problem. They said it didn't want to work because something was wrong with my app and the problem is not on their side. I left it as is, I then redeemed the 2 Nuggets and sauce for R10 and the manager was like "yoh, 2 Nuggets " and then laughed. I mean like, I wasn't that hungry and the 2 Nuggets were just an extra to the meals we bought. To get such criticism from management was really disappointing and made a person feel very down. They don't know what the situation of the next person is and to be judged like that was not a nice feeling. #WIN
