Disappointed

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I went online to place an order via McDonald's delivery which i have used before but this experience was autrocious, my order wasn't received but my bank account was debited. We went to the closest McDonalds that usually preps the food and delivers to query what occured only for them to say that no order was receivedand we need to contact customer care (even the McDonald's Pinetown staff didnt bothr escalating the matter although we had gone there to query this). Attached is a cooy of the sms alert that my account was debited, i sent an email to McDelivery customer care but still no response to my query. All i want at this moment is for my bank account to be credited the funds it was debited, I don't think i will be using McDelivery any more. </p>
