Disappointed

on my way back to Gauteng from Brits, my friend and I decided to stop at Mcdonald for Mcfeast. Upon realising their very slow service we asked if they could charge our phone for gps directions to get back home and also seeing that we going to take a while there. A few minutes late we got our order then decided to get a take out instead, we asked for our phone but no one attended us. Eventually a lady came with my phone and my screen cracked you can't even see anything there. We asked what happened no one responded, they all left to the back until we opted to rather leave. I am so disappointed and demand an apology. I also want a way forward with fixing my broken screen.
