Disapointing meal saved bit chips was not inside my bag

I went to buy a 1 reg big mac mcflury, 1 cream soda drink, they gave me, it was 21h04:18 second date 07/11/2020 at Lenasia trade route. Promotion app**** in sale ID 500 047594. I used my card to pay, standard bank debit card.

I went home only to find that they did not put my chips in the bag, they did not inform me that maybe their chips were finished, I was bored and never ate the food even though I was hungry. I do understand that mistakes do happen but not like that or with my food.

I tried contacting them but the phone was not answered.

Secondly when you go buy your food in the morning, we find people with sleeping clothes inside the shops and staff and managers do nothing, how can a big shop like this allow people with bijamas inside the shop. Mostly is this kind of of people which I don't want to mention because it's the same as the manager of that shop. If it was black doing it they were going to complain and turn back guickly, also sort it out, don't look the color of people because we are all customers.
