Dirty tables and cleaning lady knocked off already at 16:45 on a Saturday

I am currently at McDonalds - Mall of Africa. Ordered a sit in meal and the tables r dirty. I ask the lady at the till and the gentleman at meal collection and they tell me that the lady who cleans tables has knocked off. When I ask them what we r supposed to do with dirty tables, they both say they don't know. The gentleman doing collections said I must go and sit in the courtyard. I had to throw a tantrum and the lady at the till offered to come clean my table.

This is shocking and terrible service. How does a fast food restaurant, at one of the largest Malls in Gauteng not have someone to ensure that tables r clean at all times.

The Owner, please educate your team on customer service, they r definetely doing your business a disservice and not earning their salary with such an attitude.
