Dirt in my coke, that’s disgusting

I am just disgusted by what I have experienced with McDonald’s tonight. Firstly had to repeat myself 3 times over the box and confirmed twice what I ordered face to face.. Had to wait for my order on the side and still to see that he skipped a whole meal. Anyway sorted it out had to pay R20 extra For my coke not that I was bothered but only to find that there is stuff(dirt) all over the inside of my cup and In the coke.

So I take it that’s what a customer gets for complaining. Shocking !!!!!
