Didn't receive what we paid for

My husband and I went to the McDonald's in Capricorn muizenberg last night. Queues were very long but we waited. Ordered our meal, large big Mac and mc feast meals with chicken nuggets. When we got home, we discovered the mcfeast burger was not in the meal bag. The chocolate milkshake had no syrup in and strawberry milkshake too much syrup in.This is actually not the first time this has happened and before we just strugged it off as it was late and didn't want to drive back to wait in a long queue again. I have kept the receipt for your viewing if needed
