Didnt receive product, hair in food, food old!

I went through the drive thru this morning, ordered hot cakes, a small cheese burger and chips. So when I arrived at work, I saw that I didn't get the cheese burger. When I ate the hot cakes, the hot cakes was hard and old and there was one hair in the hotcakes! This is unacceptable!!! I will never ever support this Mc Donalds again, if they can improve their food and refund my money, I will maybe reconsider!
