Didn't get what I ordered

We got to McDonalds at Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain last night at 21:50. We stood in a drive-thru queue for 10 minutes until the security guard was sent out to tell us the the speaker is not working and we need to go straight to the window. We placed our order (2 McFeast Spicy Meals, chilli cheese fries and a kiddies meal) and went to the next window to get it. The lady gave the coldrinks first and then gave the meals. I took the bags from her in good faith as the kids woke up and needed to go to the bathroom. We got home to find that the McFeast Spicy meals were just the normal McFeast Meals AND the chilli cheese chips were not there at all. This does not sit well with me and I would like a resolution from McDonalds as that is bad service.
