Didn't get what was paid for,

Asked for a McRoyal with Mcfeast sauce paid R4 ekstra for that (it is mayo and bbq sauce) they just put the bbq sauce and says it doesn't get the mayo sauce but even on the bill it says R4 for mayo sauce. But they just refuse to add mayo sauce.
