Did not get my order and refund refused.

I was forced to leave without food nor my money back Mc Donald’s Ormonde while travelling with kids. We drove through placed the order, yes it was a big order and we were asked to park on the side and comp**** with an understanding that our order was big. We received drinks and two happy meals. The drinks had no ice on a blazing hot day and we went in to request for ice and told to purchase it. Waited to a point where I ended up requesting for a refund which I did not get and it was also difficult to get my receipt back. The lady at the window complained that my order was to big. Though we agreed to go wait at the parking lot but we were not expecting that mor than 10 cars could drive through while we still had to wait with hungry kids in the car. If SUV’s are not allowed or there is a restricted number of orders allowed in the drive through I suggest a sign be put up so that as if I am travelling with kids as my car allows then I know that we have to go inside the shop. If they also do not have ice can they at least inform us before hand so that one can make decision whether to buy the drinks or not.

In the contrary we drove to McDonald’s Midridge and we ordered the same things, great service and we received our order in less than 5 minutes. I am requesting for my money back because McDonald’s Ormonde refused to refund me.
