Despicable Service Rendered...McDonald's Eikestad Mall

Absolute despicable and disappointing experience. I placed an online order for my family using McDonald's' App. I placed the order at 16:40 8SEP and got a confirmation of receipt of order placed for delivery at 18:45 (***). To my utter dismay and disappointment the delivery was more than an hour late following my call to find out what is the hold up. When I spoke to Vuyani he did not know what happened and why it's not done although he is the manager for the drivers etc. and only then he jumped to get my order sent out, it wasn't even prepared!! Needless to say the meal arrived just after 8pm and the driver advised me he only received the order the same time Vuyani spoke to me. I am appalled at the level of service received especially using your so called efficient app. I am simply put off by this experience and likely won't visit your establishment for a while...
