Despicable Service at Macdonalds Protea Glen Mall.

Yesterday at about 15:10pm I went to mcdonalds Protea Glen Mall and we ordered at the drive through 2 med BBQ Burgers meal and Happy meal and we were told to wait on the side they still preparing the food we waited for 10 minutes and received our order without drinks, we waited for another 10 minutes for our drinks whilst people were receiving their orders whilst we waiting for ours. Went inside the restaurant and demanded to speak to the manager and spoke to the lady by the name of Adilah(which I presume she was) and related my problem her and the only thing she said was that my drinks will be served. After receiving my drinks, on our way we discovered there was no toy included on my son's Happy meal and no sauces included on our meals. I cant spend 20 minutes on drive through as if I'm sitting in for a meal. Please assist in resolving the matter. My kids love Macdonalds but the service is horrible.
