Despicable and inconsiderate service-Alexandra Pan Africa mall

An employee by the name Dineo, who served me a McFlurry with a damaged carton caused me a doctor's visit and temporary sickness as I swallowed some of it's boxes. As per pictures, I provided their head office that another container was just put under and a piece I spat out is visible.

I asked why she did that and could not give a reason, instead the manager who's friends with her insisted that my complaint will fall on deaf ears because it will simply be ignored. Since the 9th of February I never got a response so I was really ignored.
