Desert dry big macs

I’ve had the worst experience at mc Donald’s in Vangate mall the grand Big Mac was supposed to be more sauce lettuce and and just more grand had to have been the worst experience I ever had at McDonald’s and when complaining about the burger the manager said they were following protocol. Protocol my foot the burger was so dry that I had to scoff down my cooldrink with every single bite she refused to look at it. I’ve always been into McDonald’s but at this rate they won’t have any customers not a wonder it’s always empty .
