Deprived to use the toilet while I'm a paying customer! Sies!

Hi, im so disappointed in your service at Jewel City McDonald's. It is the absolute jungle and i was deprived to use the toilet while my partner was placing an order. And all floor staff attitude stinks (Sarah) including that so called manager Nkosi. I've never encountered such worst treatment whereby im a day to day customer. Im so disgusted by such. Please intervene in this situation.
