Deplorable Service at McDonald's

I have experienced deplorable service at McDonald's (Sea Point, Cape Town). The staff had completely forgotten about my order and people who had arrived much later than me received their orders. When questioned about it, they just brushed my concerns aside and just laughed among themselves. This was quite impolite and I was not impressed by this. Furthermore, this is not the first time that I have received such shocking service from this particular branch. I received my order almost 30 mins after ordering it and the meal was not even up to standard. I am not impressed and will certainly not be visiting this branch ever again.
